Veggies are overrated. But add in some bacon, and now you're talking.
Yield: 4 servings
- 20 asparagus spears
- 1 lb. bacon, halved lengthwise
- Trim the stem on each asparagus spear.
- Wrap the asparagus with a piece of raw bacon. Secure both ends with toothpicks.
- Grill over medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Discard toothpicks and serve warm.
