Cider Vinegar Marinated Chicken
This marinade will give a tangy zip to your chicken. It's pretty easy to make and with a little preparation, you can have an awesome meal.
Yield: 9 servings
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp sage
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 lbs chicken breasts
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Add the oil and beat until mixed. Add all the other marinade ingredients.
- Place the chicken into a sealable container and pour the marinade over the top. Seal and let marinade overnight in the fridge.
- Grill over medium heat until cooked all the way through, approxmiately 10-15 minutes.
