Everything Cookies
These cookies can have anything and everything thrown in, which makes them good for using up the scraps you have in the cupboard. I listed what I used, but you can change the last five ingredients to whatever you need to use up. Just be sure to aim for 4.0 - 4.5 cups of scraps.

- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla

- 1 cup quick oats
- 1 cup Rice Krispies
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
