Fresh mango lemonade is a refreshing drink for a hot, summer afternoon.
Yield: 5 servings
- 64 oz. lemonade
- 1 mango, diced
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Place the diced mango in a blender with a small amount of lemonade. Puree until smooth.
- Pour the pureed mango mixture back into the lemonade. Mix in the sugar.
- (Optional) If you don't like the mango pulp in your drink then after letting the flavors mix for a few hours, strain the lemonade to remove the pulp.
- Refrigerate. Serve cold.
