Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 1/4 cups peeled & chopped peaches
- 2 cups frozen berries (pick your favourite or use a mix like I did)
Directions
- Cream butter & sugar. Add in eggs, cream, and lemon juice. Add in flour, baking powder, & salt.
- Stir in fruit. Pour into a greased & floured tube pan.
- Bake at 350ºF for 60-70 minutes.
- Serve with ice cream or whipped topping. Garnish with lemon curd.
