This is great because you can pretend you're eating something healthy.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter (melted and cooled)
- 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 package milk chocolate chips (6 oz)
Directions
- Mix flour, sugars, baking powder, and salt.
- In separate bowl, combine milk, butter, eggs, & vanilla. Gradually pour in the dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Fill 12 muffin cups. Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool on wire rack.
