This is a cool twist on a classic breakfast. Pretty easy to make, too.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Powdered Sugar
- Fruit
- Whipped topping
Directions
- Heat oven to 400ºF.
- In bowl, beat eggs with wire whisk. Add flour, milk, and salt, stirring just until mixed.
- In 9 inch round cake pan, place butter. Put in oven until melted. Remove and swirl to coat the entire bottom in butter.
- Pour batter into pan. Bake at 400ºF for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove from pan. Cut into quarters.
- Dust with powdered sugar and top with fruit and whipped topping.
- I used homemade apple compote, but you could use pretty much any chopped fruit.
