This will make a whole ton of dip. If you're serving a smaller group or don't want leftovers, then consider cutting it in half.
Ingredients
- 1 can (16 oz) refried beans
- 1 can (16 oz) black refried beans
- 2 cans (7.75 oz) jalapeño salsa
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cans (4 oz) green chilies
- 2 jalapeños, chopped
- 24 oz sour cream
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1 can (7.5 oz) chopped chipotle peppers
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 3 tsp cumin
- 16 oz. shredded cheese
- Tortilla chips
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the first eleven ingredient. Mix well.
- Grease a 2.5 qt casserole dish and a 1.5 qt. casserole dish.
- Split the dip proprotionately between the two bowls.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 325ºF for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven for an additional 7-10 minutes.
- Serve hot with chips for dipping.
