These are a tasty twist on traditional french fries. They are not as crispy as normal fries (because they aren't deep fried), but they have much more flavor.

Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp crush red pepper
- 1 tsp ground corainder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp sweet chili paste
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp oil
- Zest and juice of one lime
Directions
- Cut the potatoes into long french-fry wedges. Set aside.
- Combine all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Place into a large ziploc bag and add the potatoes. Shake to coat well. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- Line two baking sheets with aluminum foil and brush with vegetable oil. Lay the potatoes out on the aluminum foil, preventing overlaps as much as possible.
- Bake at 400ºF for 45 minutes. Serve immediately.
