The sauce on this chicken is fantastic. In fact, I'd consider just making this sauce again for other dishes.

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Flour
- 6 tbsp butter, divided
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- Zest of one lemon
- 1/4 cup capers
Directions
- Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour.
- In skillet, melt 6 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add chick and cook until browned.
- Remove the chicken. Add the broth, lemon juice, zest, and capers. Simmer until it thickens.
- Add chicken and remaining butter. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot with sauce.
