Ingredients
- 12 tbsp butter, softened
- 2 2/3 cups sugar
- 2 1/4 tsp molasses
- 2 tbsp + 2 tsp powdered coffee creamer
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 8 oz. package semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
Directions
- Cream together the butter, sugar, molasses, and coffee creamer. Add the eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- Add the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix just until combined. Mix in the chocolate chips, reserving a few.
- Grease a 12" cast-iron skillet with a stick of cold butter. Spread the dough into the skillet and press the remaining chips on top.
- Bake at 325°F for 45-50 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool on wire rack.
- Serve warm.
