Ingredients
- 8 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4-6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb. shrimp, shells removed
- 3 tbsp cajun flavord cocktail sauce
- 2/3 cup rice, cooked
Directions
- In a large skillet, sauté the onion and garlic in the butter until the onions are just beginning to caramelize.
- Add the shrimp and cocktail sauce. Cook over medium heat until the sauce begins to thicken and the shrimp turn pink.
- Serve hot over the rice.
