I recommend enjoying this fruit tart on a warm spring evening.

Ingredients
- Crust
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 6 tbsp milk
- Filling
- 1 lb strawberries
- 5 kiwis
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp tapioca
- Glaze
- 6 tbsp confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 2 tsp water
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. And oil and milk, tossing with a fork until a dough forms. Refrigerate for an hour.
- Slice the strawberries and kiwi. Combine in a bwol with the sugar and tapioca.
- Roll the dough out into an 11-inch circle. Spoon the fruit mixture into the center and then fold the edges back, not quite covering the center.
- Bat at 400°F for 25-30 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
- For the glaze, combine the confectioners' sugar, almond extract, and water in a small bowl. Drizzle over the tart.
