Pulled pork may be the king of sandwiches, with it's juicy, tender goodness. Smother on some tangy BBQ sauce for maximum flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 bottle (12 oz.) beer
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
- 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 tsp crushed red pepper
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salk
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 2 large potatoes, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 pork shoulder roast, 4.5 - 5.0 lbs
- Hamburger buns
- BBQ sauce
Directions
- In a 5-quart slow cooker, combine the first 16 ingredients. Place the pork roast on top.
- Cook over low heat for 4-6 hours until completely cooked.
- Remove the pork and shred. Mix back into the other ingredients.
- Serve on hamburger buns with BBQ sauce.
