A single base mixture serves to create three different flavors of cheeseball. All three are great, though my personal favorite is the Gorgonzola-cranberry.

Ingredients
- 4 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups grated parmesan cheese
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- Pesto Cheeseball
- 4 tbsp pesto
- 4 tbsp minced fresh basil
- Horseradish-Bacon Cheeseball
- 4 tbsp horseradish
- 1 cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- Gorgonzola-Cranberry Cheeseball
- 2/3 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- Assorted crackers
Directions
- In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese, parmesan, and garlic. Divide into three even parts.
- In the first part, mix in the pesto and basil.
- In the second part, mix in the horseradish, bacon, and green onions.
- In the third part, mix in the gorgonzola, cranberries, and walnuts.
- Form each into balls and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve with crackers or pretzels.
