Ingredients
- 1 3/4 lbs. bear meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 can (28 oz) petite diced tomatoes
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 1 large red bell pepper, diced
- 1 large banana pepper, diced
- 1 white onion, diced
- 4 cans beans (15 oz. each)
- 1 cup frozen corn
- Spices
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a slow cooker. Mix well.
- Cook on low heat for 4-6 hours until completely cooked.
- Serve hot.
