Ingredients
- 8 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 oz. goat cheese, cubed
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tsp minced fresh dill
- 2 tsp chopped fresh mint
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Pinch of black pepper
- Dippers
- Crackers
- Grape tomatoes
- Cubed baguette
- Green bell pepper pieces
- Cubed hard cheese
Directions
- Combine the feta and cheese in a bowl. Set aside.
- In a large saucepan, combine the milk and butter. Heat on medium until melted and combined.
- Add the flour gradually, whisking together until smooth. Continue until thickened, and then reduce heat to low.
- Add cheese mixture in handfuls, whisking continually until the cheese is melted and fully combined.
- Stir in the dill, mint, garlic powder, and black pepper. Serve.
