Yield: 8 servings
We first ran across this hot dog at a Saucy Dogs, a restaurant in Hilo, Hawaii. Great restaurant; strongly recommend you visit.
They were so good that we decided to make them ourselves. It's not quite as good as the original, but it's a hell of a lot cheaper than a flight to Hawaii for the real deal.
