Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Coarse salt
- 3 tbsp gochujang sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds, crushed with a mortar & pestle
- 4 sesame buns
- Romaine lettuce
- 1 Asian pear, sliced into strips
Directions
- Pound the chicken to 1/2-inch thickness. Rub with the oil & sprinkle with salt, and then grill over medium heat until done, about 3-5 minutes per side.
- While the chicken is grilling, combine the gochujang sauce, mayonnaise, sesame oil, vinegar, and sesame seeds. Spread the sauce on both top and bottom of each bun.
- When the chicken is done grilling, place each breast onto a bun. Top with lettuce and Asian pear slices. Serve hot.
