Ingredients
- 1 bag (12 oz.) cranberries
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/16 tsp ground cloves
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 2/3 cup water
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
- Gradually heat until simmering. Keep simmering until the berries have all burst.
- Cool to room temperature. The sauce will thicken as it cools.
- Serve with your holiday dinner.
