Ingredients
- Fruit
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 1/2 cups sliced rhubarb
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 2 cups sliced peeled apples
- Topping
- 2 cups quick cooking oats
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 2/3 cup flour
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Whipped cream
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the sugar and cornstarch. Add the fruit and toss to coat. Transfer to an 8" square baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine all the topping ingredients. Sprinkle over the fruit.
- Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
- Let partially cool before serving.
- Serve with whipped cream.
