Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley
Directions
- Cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the spices and Parmesan. Toss with the potato wedges.
- Bake at 375°F for 25-35 minutes, until the potatoes are golden and the center is tender.
