Ingredients
- Pork marinade
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 5 oz. pork, sliced
- 3 hot dogs
- 1 can spam, sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- Sauce
- 2 tbsp Korean chili flakes
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Korean chili paste (gochujang)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 2 cups rice cakes
- 4 oz extra firm tofu
- 2 slices Kraft singles
- 1 package ramen noodles
- Optional ingredients
- 200g Enoki mushrooms
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup kimchi
Directions
- Mix the marinade ingredients and add the pork. Let marinade in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Discard the marinade.
- In a large pot, combine the pork, hot dogs, spam, onion, and sauce ingredients. Cover and bring to a boil. Boil for 8 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients. Boil uncovered for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
