Fried Cinnamon Bananas

Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 bananas, sliced

Directions

  1. Combine the cinnamon, butter, and honey in a frying pan.  Cook over  medium-high heat and stir to combine.
  2. Add the bananas.  Fry for about four minutes.
  3. Flip.  Fry for four more minutes.
  4. Serve immediately.  The sauce will thicken into a caramel glaze as it cools on the plate.
