Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients
- Meatballs
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Glaze
- 1/2 cup apricot jam
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- Finely chopped green onions for garnish
Directions
- Mix all the meatball ingredients together in a large bowl. I find it easiest to just use your hands.
- Form the meatballs into 1" balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
- For the glaze, whisk together all ingredients in a bowl. When the meatballs are done cooking, add them to the glaze and toss to coat.
- Serve the meatballs garnished with the finely chopped green onions.
