Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups corn
- If frozen, thaw and drain
- If canned, drain
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta
- 1/2 large red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup basil, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Toss together the corn, tomatoes, feta, onion, oil, and lime juice.
- Add the salt and pepper, and stir to mix together.
- Serve
