Ingredients
- 2 lbs. asparagus, stalks trimmed
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- Red pepper flakes, to taste
Directions
- Place the asparagus in an ungreased 9" x 13" baking dish. Pour in the heavy whipping cream and toss in the garlic. Season generously with salt & pepper. Sprinkle with parmesan, mozzarella, and red pepper flakes.
- Bake at 400°F for 25-30 minutes, until the asparagus is tender.
- Serve immediately.
