Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups eggnog
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Serving
- Additional Eggnog
- Nutmeg
Directions
- Combine the rice, milk, eggnog, sugar, salt, and vanilla in a pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer covered until most of the moisture is absorbed by the rice, about 45 minutes.
- Serve warm in ramekins, with a some additional eggnog. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
