Ingredients
- 3 lbs. ground beef
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tsp sesame oil
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup hoisin
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 12 brioche rolls
- 4 green onions, sliced
Directions
- Brown the beef in a large skillet. Drain off the excess fat.
- While the beef is cooking, whisk together the garlic, sesame oil, ketchup, hoisin, water, soy sauce, vinegar, and sriracha in a mixing bowl.
- Pour over the drained beef, reduce the heat to low, and let simmer until it thickens, stirring occasionally.
- Serve the sloppy joes on the brioche buns, and sprinkle with green onions.
