Ingredients
- 8 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp rosemary
- 2 tsp salt (if your nuts are unsalted)
- 2 lbs. unroasted mixed nuts
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the butter, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Add the nuts and toss to coat.
- Transfer the nuts to a roasting pan. A disposable aluminum pan will work; even better is a grilling pan with slats in it to let the smoke move through the nuts.
- Smoke at 200-225°F for 90-120 minutes, stirring every 15-20 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
