Ingredients
- Sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp gochutgaru
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp water
- Stir Fry
- Udon noodes
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 bunches green onions, sliced
- 8 oz. ground pork
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Garnish
- Sliced green onions
- Sesame seeds
Directions
- Mix all the sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
- Prepare Udon noodles according to package direction.
- Heat some oil in a large skillet. Add the green onion, ground pork, salt, and pepper. Cook until the meat is cooked through.
- Add the noodles and sauce to the skillet. Toss to coat.
- Serve hot. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
