Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients
- Marinade
- 2/3 cup cola
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup onion petite diced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp Sriracha
- 2 large, boneless pork ribs (~ 1 lb), cubed
- BBQ skewers
Directions
- To make the marinade, combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together.
- Place the cubed pork into an airtight container or zip top bag. Add 3/4 of the marinade. Toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but longer if possible. Store the remaining 1/4 of the marinade in an airtight container.
- When ready to cook, transfer the pork onto the skewers. Place over the campfire or grill to cook, basting periodically with the reserved marinade.
- Remove from the grill and serve hot.
