Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup bacon crumbles
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and petite diced
- 2 green onions, sliced thinly
Directions
- Place the puff pastry sheet on a sheet of plastic wrap. If needed, roll with a rolling pin to smooth out the seams where it was folded.
- In a mixing bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar, jalapeno, bacon, and green onions. Spread the mixture over the pastry.
- Roll the pastry up as tightly as possible, avoiding air gaps. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Slice into 1" slices. Place them on a baking sheet that's been lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
- Cool briefly before serving warm.
